Write an experience bullet with evidence

Use a clear action, a useful detail and an honest outcome.

A simple pattern

Action + task or scope + method or result. You do not need all three in every bullet, but the reader should understand what you contributed.

Example: customer support

Illustrative only: “Resolved customer delivery queries by checking order records and coordinating updates with the dispatch team.” This explains the work without inventing a metric.

Example: a study project

Illustrative only: “Built a small inventory tracker as part of a group project, taking responsibility for the data-entry form and input validation.” Adapt the pattern to your actual work.

Use numbers responsibly

If you have reliable figures, include meaningful scope or results. If you do not, describe the process, audience, complexity or responsibility. Never copy another person’s achievements.
